I guess this is starting to get habitual, photos on my blog. Did a drive by BIAP (Baghdad Internal AirPort) today, and they finally have but up the “Baghdad” in BIAP. As you may or may not have know before the war it was “Sadaam International AirPort” once the war had started the Coalition renamed it BIAP. As the Coalition took the airport over they got rid of the “Sadaam” in front of International AirPort. It had been without for a long while and finally this month they have “Baghdad” up! I had to take some shots. This one being the best of the bunch or what I think is the best of the bunch. The wind did not cooperate on this one as the flag is caught up on the pole. I might have to go back and try this shot again. Just wanted to share.
